Rockledge is an authentic, historic Door County cottage, offering the charm of yesteryear but equipped with modern amenities.  Rockledge is ideally suited for a couple or a family of 4 desiring a relaxing get-away that includes the comforts of home. The interior is light and airy with hardwood and tile floors throughout. The living room has the original large stone fireplace (gas insert), a comfy sofa and chairs and a dining/game table. The kitchen is completely new as of 2010 and features white cabinets well stocked with dishes and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, coffeepot and toaster.

Rockledge has two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with two twin sized beds. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet. The cottage has a full bathroom with tub and shower. Rockledge also has a wonderful screened porch where you can relax with a good book or glass of wine and enjoy the view of the lake.

On May 3, 2011, a fire destroyed the original Arbor cottage.  On November 3, 2011, construction of a new Arbor cottage began!  The new cottage is more than twice the size of the original cottage and is special enough to be featured in this year's Showcase of Homes, running May 12 - 20.  The new Arbor cottage features a large and open floorplan, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry/utility room.  It is ideal for a couple or up to six people looking for a very special cottage for their Door County vacation.

The great room/kitchen and master bedroom have vaulted ceiling with beams and skylights.  The kitchen includes a french-door refrigerator, glass top range, dishwasher and large island with barstools.  The great room incorporates the fireplace from the original cottage.  The view of the surrounding woods from the living room and master bedroom is spectacular.
