Terms

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
  • A deposit of ½ of the rental charge must be paid at the time of the reservation. The remaining ½ must be paid four weeks before your rental begins. Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa or personal check. If paid by personal check, a $100 security deposit must also be paid, which will be refunded after check-out if the terms of the rental agreement were followed.
  • Cancellations will be accepted up to four weeks before your rental begins. There will be no refunds after that date.
  • The cottages are booked on a first paid/first reserved basis.
  • Both cottages are non-smoking and non-pets. Violation of these policies will result in a cleaning charge on your credit card, which could be significant.
  • Any damage to the cottages and/or their contents (beyond normal wear and tear) and any missing items will be charged to your credit card at replacement value.

Things To Bring

In addition to whatever you need for fun (watercraft, bikes, books, music, walking shoes, camera, binoculars, sketch books, etc.) please bring:
  • Sheets and pillowcases for a queen sized bed and the number of twin sized beds you will be using.
  • Towels for the kitchen, bath and beach.
  • Personal toiletry items, although soap is provided.
  • Charcoal for the weber grill if to be used, unless you prefer to buy it locally.
  • Your cellphone. (There are no land lines at the cottage.)
  • A mobile hotspot for internet access, although smartphones will work fine without it.
